重组类人胶原蛋白面膜对皮肤的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:观察应用重组类人胶原蛋白面膜对女性健康者皮肤的改善作用。方法:随机选取2011年1月至2011年6月进行美容咨询的女性健康者40例,每天应用重组类人胶原蛋白面膜连续1周后改为2次/周,共3周,于应用即刻、1周和1个月后用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪和SOFT5.5皮肤性质测试仪对皮肤性质进行定量分析和评价。结果:VISIA结果显示,入组者应用类人胶原蛋白面膜后,色素斑和毛孔与应用前比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);应用后即刻与应用前比较,皱纹、纹理和紫质均有明显差异(P<0.05);应用1周后与应用前比较,纹理和紫质均有明显差异(P<0.05),应用1个月后紫质与应用前比较,仍有明显差异(P<0.05)。SOFT5.5检测结果显示,应用重组类人胶原蛋白面膜后与应用前比较,皮肤的pH和弹性无明显差异(P>0.05);应用后即刻及1周后与应用前比较,皮肤的水分和油脂均有明显差异(P<0.05),其中应用后即刻更显著(P<0.01)。结论:女性健康者应用重组类人胶原蛋白面膜后即刻及1周内,皮肤水分增加,油脂降低,皮肤质地得到一定程度改善。Objective：To evaluate the effect of recombinant human-like collagen masks on female healthy skin.Methods：A total of 40 healthy women were enrolled in this study during January to June 2011.They used recombinant human-like collagen facial masks once per day for five days,and then the frequency was changed to two times in one week for three weeks.The skin properties were evaluated and analyzed using VISIA complexion analysis system and SOFT 5.5 skin property system immediately,at one week and one month.Results： VISIA data showed that pigment spots and pores were not significantly different before and after using collagen masks（P0.05）.Wrinkles,texture and porphyrin were improved immediately after using collagen masks（P0.05）;texture and porphyrin were significantly different after one week（P0.05）,and porphyrin was still different after one month（P0.05）.SOFT 5.5 data showed that pH and elasticity were not significantly different before and after using collagen masks（P0.05）.The moisture and grease were improved immediately and one week after using collagen masks（P0.05）.Conclusions： Recombinant human-like collagen can increase skin moisture and reduce skin grease immediately until the first week after using.Application of human-like collagen could improve skin texture in a certain degree.
