舒适护理在肿瘤患者热疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在肿瘤患者热疗护理中的应用。方法将2011年12月至2012年6月收治并行热疗的96例肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组患者只进行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行一系列的舒适护理。结果从热疗的完成情况看,观察组患者的完成率为91.7%,对照组患者的完成率为75.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能促进肿瘤患者完成热疗,具有重要意义。Objective To investigate clinical value of comfortable nursing in hyperthermia cancer patients.Methods 96 patients with cancer in our hospital from December 2011 to June 2012 were divided into the control group（48）,treated by routine care and the observation group（48） treated by a series of comfortable nursing on the basis of control group.Results From the completion of hyperthermia,the completion of the observation group（92.0%） was significantly higher than the completion of the control group（75.0%）（P0.05）.Conclusions In hyperthermia cancer patients,comfort care can promote hyperthermia completion.
