摘　　要：甘肃瓮福化工有限公司120 kt/a磷酸二铵装置因磷矿石品位下降且AZF工艺缺点日趋明显,产能发挥困难,采用预中和+管式反应器工艺对该装置进行扩能至180 kt/a的技改。技改后装置产能提高至22 t/h,产品质量提高,氨耗降低,现场环境得到改善。Because of the decrease of phosphate rock grade and the defect of AZF process, the capacity release of 120 kt/a DAP plant of Gansu Wengfu Chemical Co., Ltd. is difficult, the modification of capacity expansion to 180 kt/a is taken by using the pre-neutralization＋pipe reactor process. After the modifieation, the capacity is increased to 22 t/ h, the quality of product is improved, the ammonia consumption is decreased, the field environment is improved.
