摘　　要：目前全国测绘法制和行业管理工作取得新的进展；测绘立法成果显著，测绘执法力度加大，今后要继续做好测绘资格复审换证工作，规范测绘市场。Great progresses were made in the legal construction and trade administration of S/M through- out the conntry. Enforcement of S/M has been enhanced and new strides were made in S/M trade manage- ment. We must continue from now on to do a good job of S/M qualification reexamination, certificate replacement and market behaviour standardization.
