摘　　要：目的对烟草生产企业作业工人的心理状况进行调查,为制定干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90),对绵阳市某大型烟草企业的作业工人进行自评,应用描述性统计和2个独立样本t检验进行数据分析。结果该企业作业工人SCL-90结果的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执7个因子得分均高于全国常模;接害车间工人SCL-90总均分,躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执7个因子得分均高于其他车间工人。结论该卷烟生产企业作业工人的心理状况不容乐观,工作压力及作业环境等因素是工人心理健康的主要影响因素,应针对其影响因素制定干预措施。[ Objective ] To investigate the psychological states of workers in a cigarettes production enterprise, and provide theoreti- cal basis for developing interventions. [ Methods] The basic information questionnaire and SCL-90 were adopted for self-assessment among workers in a large cigarettes production enterprise. Descriptive statistics and 2 independent samples t-test were applied for data analysis. [ Results ] The SCL-90 results showed the scores of somatization , obsessive-compulsive symptoms , interpersonal sensitivity , depression , anxiety , hostility , paranoia of workers in this enterprise were all higher than national norm. The total av- erage score of SCL-90 and scores of the above 7 factors of workers in workshop with hazards exposure were higher than those of workers in other workshops. [ Conclusion] The psychological state of workers in this enterprise is not optimistic. Working pressure, operating environment, etc are the main influencing factors to psychological state of workers. Intervening measures should be devel- oped according to these influencing factors.
