摘 要:目的建立快速测定工作场所空气中15种常见有机毒物的毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法采用活性炭管吸附和二硫化碳解吸,FID检测器,经HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱分离,气相色谱法测定,方法运行时间为10.75 min。结果 15种有机毒物的分离效果好,线性相关系数均在0.999 8以上,最低检出质量浓度为0.1~0.5 mg/m3,相对标准偏差为0.4%~3.3%,平均回收率为95.0%~103.2%,解吸效率为81.2%~100.0%。结论该方法快速、简单、准确、可操作性强,可提高工作效率,适用于实验室的常规监测。[ Objective] To establish a method for the rapid determination of 15 kinds of common organic compounds in workplace air by gas chromatography. [ Methods ] Organic compounds collected with charcoal tube, then were detected by gas chromatography with FID detector after desorbed with carbon disulfide, through HP-INNOWAX capillary column. The methods run time was 10.75 min. [ Results] Separating effect of 15 kinds of common organic compounds was good. The coefficient of correlation was greater than 0.999 8. The minimum detectable concentration was between 0.1- 0.5 mg/m3. The relative standard deviation was in the range of 0. 4%-3. 3%, the average recovery was 95. 0%-103. 2%, and the efficiency of desorption was 81. 2%-100%. [ Conclusion ] The method is rapid, siinple, accurate, operational, and has improved efficiency, so it is suitable to routine monito- ring in laboratory.
