摘　　要：目的了解梅州市托幼机构消毒状况,为托幼机构疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法依据《消毒技术规范》和《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案(试行)》进行采样监测。结果 2009年监测1 444份,合格率97.51%;2010年监测1 428份,合格率97.19%;2011年监测692份,合格率95.09%。结论该市消毒质量逐年呈下降的趋势,仍需加强托幼机构消毒工作的监督管理。[ Objective] To understand the status of disinfection quality of nurseries in Meizhou City, provide the scientific basis for the disease control and prevention in nurseries. [ Methods] The sampling and monitoring were conducted according to the Technical standard for disinfection and the Guangdong technical scheme of disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions and nurseries （ Trial）. [ Results ] 1 444 samples were monitored in 2009 with the qualified rate of 97.51%, 1 428 samples were monitored in 2010 with the qualified rate of 97. 19%, and 692 samples were monitored in 2011 with the qualified rate of 95. 09%. [ Conclusion]The disinfection quality of nurseries in Meizhou City shows a downward trend year by year, so it is important to strengthen the inspection and management of disinfection in nurseries.
