摘　　要：探讨病理科工作环境中存在的各种危害因素,逐一分析物理性因素、生物性因素及化学性因素等对病理工作者的身心健康的危害和周围环境的影响,甚至对人体有致畸或致癌的作用。因此,对医院病理科应该强化防护意识,采取有效的防护措施,以减少对工作者身体的危害及周围环境的污染。This paper is aimed to investigate the hazardous factors in the work environment of pathology department, analyze the haz- ards on pathologist＂ health and effect on surrounding environment, even the teratogenic and carcinogenic effect, which were caused by the physical factors, biological factors and chemical factors. Therefore, the hospital should strengthen the prevention conscious- ness in pathology department, and carry out effective measures, to reduce the hazards on pathologist＂ health and pollution on sur- rounding environment.
