摘　　要：内蒙古自治区大多数乡镇(苏木、嘎查)的农村公路线路比较长,养护模式引发的问题已经严重制约着农村公路的发展。因此,探寻新的农村公路养护管理模式是当前迫切需要解决的问题。文章按照农村公路养护管理模式的发展形式,即原始形式、过渡形式、成熟形式和理想形式,提出一整套切实可行的有关内蒙古农村公路养护管理改革的"三步走"战略。Most of the rural highway routes in Inner Mongolia are relatively long,the problems caused by the conservation mode has seriously hampered the development of rural highway.Therefore,exploring new rural road maintenance management mode is an urgent problem needs to be solved.The article in accordance with the development of the rural road maintenance management mode,namely original form,transitional forms,mature form and ideal form,put forward a set of practical ＂three-step＂ strategy about rural road management and conservation reform in Inner Mongolia.
