护理干预在危急重症患者院内转运中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在危急重症患者院内转运中的效果。方法将2006年1月至2008年12月从急诊科转运的危急重症患者2 010例作为对照组,2009年1月至2011年12月转运的2 315例危急重症患者作为干预组。对照组采用常规方法转运;干预组提高护理干预能力,采取转运前、中、后及持续护理干预措施。回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,并观察、分析实施护理干预的效果。结果两组患者不良事件发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者接收科室满意率比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细致、周密的干预措施能减少不良事件的发生,提高接收科室的满意率,进一步提高急危重症患者院内转运的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing interventions on intrahospital transfer of critically ill patients.Methods 2 010 critically ill patients transferred out of the emergency room from January 2006 to December 2008 were selected as the control group and 2 315 critically ill patients admitted from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected as the intervention group.The control group was subjected to conventional transfer,while the intervention group was transferred according to nursing interventions including following processes：increasing nursing ability to intervene,implementing pre-,intra-,post-transport nursing interventions and continuous nursing quality interventions.The clinical data in the two groups were retrospectively analyzed and the effects of nursing intervention implementation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was statistical difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups（P0.05）.The satisfaction rates of the departments accepting patients were also statistically different（P0.05）.Conclusion Careful and attentive nursing interventions can not only reduce the occurrence of adverse events,but also improve the satisfaction rate of the departments accepting patients and safety of critically ill patients intrahospital transfer,which deserves to be popularized in clinic.
