摘 要:目的探讨临床护理路径应用于肺结核患者健康教育的效果。方法将肺结核患者分为临床路径观察组(46例)和对照组(52例),观察组应用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用常规护理方法进行健康教育,比较两组患者健康教育后生活质量、健康教育知识掌握度和服药依从性。结果实施临床护理路径进行健康教育后观察组患者生活质量、健康教育知识掌握度和服药依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核患者实施临床护理路径健康教育管理,可有效提高患者生活质量、健康教育知识掌握度和服药依从性。Objective To investigate the effect of the clinical nursing pathway applied in the health education among the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The pulmonary tuberculous patients were assigned to the clinical pathway observation group(46 cases)and the control group(52 cases).The observation group was performed the health education by the clincal pathway,while the control group received the health education with the conventional nursing care programmes.The survival quality,grasping degree of the health education knowledge and medication compliance after health education were compared between the two groups.Results The survival quality,grasping degree of the health education knowledge and medication compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Implementing the management of clinical pathway health education can effectively improve the survival quality,grasping degree of the health education knowledge and medication compliance in the pulmonary tuberculouspatients.
