摘　　要：乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)可累及机体多个脏器,如肝脏、肾脏、心脏等。目前HBV与肝损的相关性研究已日趋成熟,许多国内外学者将研究的焦点转入HBV与肾损害的相关性上,以至以后得名的乙肝相关性肾炎(HBV-GN);本文将从最新研究热点入手,对其流行病学、临床特点、病理类型、发病机制及治疗等方面进行综述。Hepatitis B virus could violate several organs at the same time,such as the liver,kidney and heart;Rele- vance between the virus and diseases of hepatology have been maturely recognized by now; However,more and more professors focus their concerns on this aspect,and then A disease called HBV associated glomerulonephritis arrived; This article will make a review of HBV-GN from the epidemiology, clinical chracteristics, pathology, pathogenesis, di- agonosis and therapy in detail.
