摘　　要：目的了解近五年九江市危重孕产妇转运及抢救的状况,探讨更加有效的危重孕产妇转运及救治的模式。方法回顾性分析九江市妇幼保健院产科2007年6月1日至2012年5月31日五年救治的由外院转运来的危重孕产妇临床资料275份,统计资料包括孕产妇一般信息、转运前后诊治过程、孕产妇及围生儿结局。结果危重孕产妇转运医院主要为一、二级医院。危重孕产妇的主要病种为产科出血、重度子痫前期及其并发症、妊娠合并心脏病和血液系统疾病。产科出血及失血性休克共115例,占41.8%,其次重度子痫前期及其并发症87例,占31.6%。结论提高民众围生期保健的意识,加强基层医院产科建设、建立健全产科急危重症抢救常规和孕产妇急救转诊管理体系是控制孕产妇死亡和降低围生儿病死率的关键。Objective To know the past five years in Jiujiang maternal transshipment and rescue situation,to explore more effective critical maternal transport and treatment mode. Methods A retrospective analysis of jiujiang maternal and children health care centers of maternity on June 1 2007 to May 31 2012 five years of treatment by the outer court transfer of maternal critical clinical material of 275, statistics data including the maternal general information, transport and making a diagnosis and giving treatment process,the maternal and perinatal son ending. Results The critical maternal transfer hospital mainly for one, 2 class hospital. The main diseases in the maternal for obstetric hem- orrhage, severe preeclampsia and its complications,pregnancy with heart and blood system diseases. Obstetric hemor- rhage and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock were in 115 cases,accounting for 41.8%, followed by severe preeclampsia and its complications in 87 cases, accounting for 31.6%. Conclusion To improve the perinatal period people health care consciousness, strengthen grass-roots hospital maternity construction, establish and perfect the maternity the criti- cal rescue conventional and maternal emergency referral management system is to control the maternal death and re- duce the case fatality ratio of perinatals key.
