摘　　要：目的探讨留置导尿患者在拔出尿管后膀胱功能因不同的排尿方法其功能有各种差异性。方法留置导尿患者对常规定时夹闭尿管的排尿方法和采取按需放尿的方法对比。结果拔出尿管后两种方法的首次排尿顺畅率和残余尿量差异有非常显着性,有效验证减少排尿异常发生率的就是按需排尿训练法。结论临床上要恢复自主排尿功能必须采用按需放尿的方法,这样排尿异常才可以大大减少。Objective To investigate the impact of different urination methods on the bladder function of patients after pulling out the indwelling catheter. Methods Comparing the conventional regular catheter occlusion urination method and the urination as required method,the test results were significantly different. Results After pulling out the catheter,the two methods were significantly different in the first urination smooth rate and the residual urine volume, indicating that the urination training method as required could reduce the incidence of abnormal urination. Conclu- sion In order to restore the autonomous urination function, the urination method as required should be adopted, thus largely reducing the incidence of abnormal urination.
