消风止痒颗粒联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消风止痒颗粒联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将95例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组48例,对照组47例。对照组口服氯雷他定糖浆,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服消风止痒颗粒,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为76.6%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消风止痒颗粒联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹,疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of xiaofengzhiyang granules combined with loratadine syrup in the treat- ment of children with papular urticaria. Methods All of 95 children patients with papular urticaria were randomly di- vided two groups, the control group was given loratadine syrup only while the treatment group was given xi- aofengzhiyang granules combined with loratadine syrup. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 91.7%,76.6% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of xi- aofengzhiyang granules combined with loratadine syrup in treatment of children with papular urticaria was significant, and it will be worthy of application in clinic.
