丹红注射液联合氟伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症121例临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究丹红注射液联合氟伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床效果,为该类疾病的治疗提供临床依据。方法对2009年10月～2012年4月上海市闸北区中心医院入院治疗的242例冠心病合并高脂血症患者进行了研究,分为两组,对照组采用氟伐他汀进行治疗,治疗组在氟伐他汀治疗的基础上,联合使用丹红注射液,以8周为1个疗程,治疗结束后观察两组患者的临床疗效、血脂水平、心脏功能参数以及血液流变学的改变。结果治疗组患者临床疗效明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组患者的TC、TG及LDL-C明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者的心脏指数(CI)、心排血量(CO)、射血分数(EF)和左室舒张末内径(EDD)均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过治疗,与对照组比较,治疗组患者CI、CO、EF明显增加,EDD明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合氟伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症临床效果显著,患者心脏功能有明显好转,血液流变学有明显改善,且血脂水平也有明显降低,说明两者联合应用疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Danhong Injection combined with Fluvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipoidemia,and to provide basis for clinic.Methods 242 patients with coronary heart disease with hyperlipoidemia from October 2009 to April 2012 in Zhabei District central hospital of Shanghai City were divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in control group were treated with Fluvastatin,the patients in treatment group was treated with Fluvastatin and Danhong Injection.Before treatment and after treatment for 8 weeks,the ECG,lipid levels,the cardiac function parameters and the hemorheology were compared.Results The effect of ECG of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）; the level of TG,TC,LDL-C in treatment group was lower than before treatment,which was statistically significant different（P 0.05）;after treatment,the level of TG,TC,LDL-C in treatment group changed significantly compared to control group（P 0.05）;before and after treatment,CI,CO,EF and EDD changed significantly（P 0.05）.After treatment,CI,CO,EF and EDD of treatment group changed significantly than control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Danhong Injection combined with Fluvastatin shows satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipoidemia,the ECG,lipid levels,the cardiac function and the hemorheology change significantly, and the combination is worthy of clinical use.
