摘　　要：目的探讨X线、CT及MRI检查在老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折诊断及手术治疗中的价值。方法选取2009年5月～2011年5月于石家庄市第一医院进行诊治的32例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者为研究对象,将其分别采用X线、CT及MRI于术前进行检查,并将检查结果进行比较,后将X线及CT指导下手术患者的穿刺次数、手术时间、手术前后的VAS评分、椎体形态指标及Oswesty功能障碍指数进行比较。采用统计软件SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果 CT在骨折线及附件骨折检出率方面明显高于X线及MRI,且CT指导下下进行手术的患者其穿刺次数、手术时间及术后VAS评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05),而椎体形态指标及Os-westy功能障碍指数方面则无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论 CT在老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折诊断及手术治疗中的价值均相对更高。Objective To study the value of X ray,CT and MRI in the diagnosis and operation of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods 32 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who were diagnosed and treated in the Fisrt Hospital of Shijiazhuang City from May 2009 to May 2011 were selected as research object,then they were detected with X ray,CT and MRI,the detection results were compared,and the puncture times,operation time,VAS score,vertebral morphology indexes and Oswesty disability index before and after the operation of patients guided by X ray and CT were compared.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 software.Results The fracture line and accessory fracture detection rate of CT were higher than those of X ray and CT,puncture times,operation time and VAS score after operation guided by and CT were all higher than those guided by X ray,there were all significant differences（all P 0.05）,while the vertebral morphology indexes and Oswesty disability index had no significant difference（all P 0.05）.Conclusion The value of CT in the diagnosis and operation of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is higher.
