摘　　要：目的探讨医用输液瓶口贴封存不同包装的加药输液瓶口的消毒效果。方法选取2011年10月～2012年10月在我院门诊输液中心所加药物分别为头孢硫脒、注射用川芎嗪、维生素C和山莨菪碱的玻瓶输液200瓶(A组)和直立式聚丙烯袋(可立袋)装输液200瓶(B组),A、B组分别按查随机数字表法分成观察组A、对照组A及观察组B、对照组B,每组各100瓶,观察组加药后用卷装医用输液瓶口贴封存瓶口;对照组则用消毒棉球蘸安多福(PVP-I)覆盖。分别在10、20和40 min于瓶口开启处取样菌培,比较二组菌培阳性率,续接后观察并记录二组输液反应发生率,同时比较两种不同消毒方法的护士操作耗时及耗材。结果观察组A、B消毒均确切有效,与对照组A、B菌培阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),输液续接后A、B组输液反应发生率均较低且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组A、B护士操作耗时明显缩短(P<0.01),耗材也有大幅度下降(P<0.05)。结论医用输液瓶口贴对当前两种主流包装输液加药后封存瓶口消毒效果均有效可靠,且能降低护士劳动强度,节约医疗成本,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the disinfection effect of medical infusion bottle stickers mothballed the different packaging dosing infusion bottle.Methods From October 2011 to October 2012 in outpatient infusion center of our hospital,200 bottles of glass bottle（group B） added with Cefathiamidine,Tetramethylpyrazine Injection,Vitamin C, Anisodamine and 200 bottles of lap bags with Polypropylene（group B） were selected,groups A,B were divided into the observation group A,control group A,observation group B,control group B in according to the random number table,100 bottles in each group,the observation group mothballed bottle mouth with package of medical infusion bottle stickers after added drug;the control group dipped Andofu（PVP-I） coverage with a sterile cotton ball.At bottle open local government sampled and cultured colony in 10,20 and 40 min respectively,the positive rate of colony cultivation of two groups were compared,continued access to observe and record the incidence of infusion reactions of two groups,and the nurses operating time-consuming and supplies of two different disinfection methods were compared. Results The disinfection of observation group A,B were exact effective,compared with the positive rate of colony cultivation of control group A,B,there was no significant difference（P 0.05）,the infusion reactions of A,B group after infusion continued were lower,there was no significant difference（P 0.05）;the nurses operating time-consuming of observation group A,B were significantly shorter（P 0.01）,and the supplies had dropped significantly（P 0.05）. Conclusion Medical infusion bottle stickers mothballed the two mainstream packaging dosing infusion bottle are valid and reliable,and can reduce the labor intensity of nurses,medical cost savings,so it is worthy of spreading to application.
