摘　　要：逐一分析了建筑涂装工程质量控制的五要素(4M1E),总结了涂装工程区别于一般建设工程的特点,并辅以案例作了具体阐述,指出对五要素严格控制是保证涂装工程质量的关键,应在施工中建立质量控制点进行有效控制,以达到质量目标。The paper analyzes the five elements（4M1E） for the quality control of the architectural coating projects,sums up the features of the coating projects differing from other construction projects,and points out the strict control over the five elements is the key to ensure the engineering quality by taking some cases as the example,and the effective control over the quality controlling points can be established in the construction,so as to achieve the quality aims.
