摘　　要：根据菲迪克条款分析了项目实施过程中索赔的原因,分别介绍了索赔意向通知的具体内容及索赔依据,着重阐述了编制索赔报告应注意的事项,对承包商准确把握索赔战略和策略具有借鉴意义。This paper analyzed the claim causes in project implementation process according to Fidik clauses,respectively introduced the specific contents and claim basis of claim intention notice,emphatically elaborated the matters needing attention in preparation of claim report,provided reference for the contractor to accurately grasp the claim strategies and tactics.
