摘　　要：介绍了铁路新线房建专业提前介入的必要性和重要性,针对铁路新线建设和运营管理的新形势下,如何组织房建专业提前介入工作进行了探讨,论述了提前介入平台的搭建、人员管理、介入工作的重点以及问题的沟通解决机制,以期保证新建铁路的安全顺利开通。This paper introduced the necessity and importance of early intervention work of railway new line housing construction professional,in light of the new situation of railway new line construction and operation management,how to organize the housing construction professional to early intervention work,discussed the construction,personnel management,intervention work key points and problems communication and solving mechanism of early intervention platform,so as to ensure the security successful launch of new railway.
