摘　　要：由于医药产业强政府监管、高投入、高技术、高风险、长周期等特点,医药产业集群内的企业合作方式与其他产业集群相比有其自身特点。本文从医药产业链的视角出发,对集群中的企业合作形态进行了深入研究,分析了目前我国医药产业集群中企业合作存在的问题,针对性地提出了提高集群内企业合作,增强集群竞争力的建议。Because of the unique characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry -- strong government regulation, high input, high-tech, high-risk and long cycle, the way of cooperation has its own features compared with other industrial clusters. Therefore, through the study of the perspective of the pharmaceutical industry chain, forms of the enterprises cooperation in the cluster are performed in-depth. Finally, the problems within enterprises cooperation of the pharmaceutical industry cluster in China were indicated and suggestions were put forward in order to enhance their cooperation and competitiveness.
