摘　　要：设 Ur( R,S)是所有具有指定行和向量 R与列和向量 S的 ( 0 ,1 ,… ,r) -矩阵组成的集合 ,给出了Ur( R,S)的结构矩阵的一些性质 ,以及 Ur( R,S)非空时向量 R与 S之间的关系。Let U r(R,S) be the class of all (0,1…,r) matrices with a prescribed row sum vector R and column sum vector S. In this paper,we obtain some properties of the structure matrix of U r(R,S),and get the relationship between the vector R and the vector S when U r(R,S) is nonempty.
