摘  要:冲击电压试验是电气设备尤其是电力设备必不可少的绝缘试验项目,冲击分压器的准确度直接影响到电气设备的绝缘可靠程度,关系到电力系统的安全运行水平。电力行业标准《冲击分压器校准规范》即将颁布,下篇重点对下面几项关键计量性能指标:关于校准用设备、关于校准项目和方法、关于校准间隔、关于振荡幅度比不确定度的传播系数等做了详细的分析和讨论,并就分压器分压比的误差、等电位屏蔽等要素进行了阐述,以便加深对新颁标准的理解及应用。Impulse voltage test is a indispensable part of insulation tests for electric equipment, but accuracy of the impulse divider directly affects the insulation reliability of the electric equipment, which is related to the safe and reliable operation of the electric power system. The standard of power industry Impulse Divider Calibration Specification will be issued. As draftsman of the standard, this paper focuses on several critical calibration performance indexes-definition of application scope, such as sets forth the detailed analysis and discussion of the calibration equipment, calibration program and method, such as calibration interval time, the uncertainty of propagation coefficient of the oscillation amplitude ratio,the error of voltage ratio, the equipotential shielding and something others. So this will deepen our understanding and application of the new standard.
