门诊处方不合理用药点评分析

摘　　要：目的分析我院门诊处方不合理用药现状，提高临床医师用药水平。方法随机抽取医院2012年l。6月门诊处方2400张，按要求进行统计分析。结果在2400张处方中不合理用药处方为68张，进行点评，处方I合格率为97．20％。不合理用药主要表现在不适当的联合用药、溶媒选择不合理、适应症不适宜、用法不合理及重复用药等几个方面。结论处方点评是了解不合理用药的新手段，能提高临床医师合理用药水平。保障患者的用药安全。Objective To analyze the irrational use of drugs in the outpatient prescription of our hospital and promote rational drug use in clinic. Methods Randomly selected 2400 outpatient prescriptions of our hospital in range of Jan- uary to June 2012 and statistically an20%alyzed it as required. Results There were 68 unreasonable prescriptions and the percentage of reasonable prescriptions was 97.. Irrationality of drug-use was mainly revealed in inappropriate and unreasonable drug combination, unreasonable drug selection, unreasonable usage and dosage, repetition usage of drugs and so on. Conclusion Prescription comment is a new means to understand the irrational use of drugs, clinicians can improve the level of rational drug use, and to protect the safety of the patienffs medication.
