针灸天枢穴联合中药贴敷治疗老年性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸天枢穴联合中药贴敷治疗老年性便秘的疗效。方法将59例住院的老年性便秘患者分为两组,治疗组31例,在针灸天枢穴位的基础上给予穴位中药贴敷。对照组28例,单纯采用针灸双侧天枢穴。观察比较两组2周后的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.8%,对照组总有效率为78.6%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸天枢穴联合中药贴敷治疗老年性便秘有显著疗效。Objective To observe the efficiency of the acupuncture joint to Tianshu point and the sticking plasters of traditional Chinese medicine for senile constipation. Methods We classified 59 elder people in the hospital into two groups according to the diagnostic criteria of constipation. 31 cases were in the treatment group. On the basis of acupuncture to Tianshu point, ihey were given by sticking plasters of traditional Chinese medicine. 28 cases in the control group. They were given only with acupuncture to bilateral Tianshu point. We compared the effects of two thera- pies after two weeks. Results The effective rate for treatment group was 96.8% and 78.6% for the control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The joint of the Acupuncture to Tian- shu point and the sticking plasters of traditional Chinese medicine have a significant effect to cure senile constipation.
