摘  要:介绍了西安交通大学实施"以学生为本,以传授知识、培养能力、提高素质、协调发展为主"的实验教学理念,强调"以培养临床实践能力和创新能力为核心",依托国家级临床技能实验教学示范中心,构建"以基本临床技能、专科临床技能、综合临床技能、创新临床技能为主要训练内容,从模拟训练→虚拟训练→临床实训这一循序渐进,贯穿临床教学全过程"的整体化临床技能实验教学体系和"重实践、重过程"的多元化考核评价体系,推动医学留学生临床技能实验教学水平更上新台阶的过程;并在此基础上根据目前留学生实践教学现状,顺应国内外医学教育改革趋势,提出未来在华医学留学生实践教学改革思路。This paper introduces the experiment teaching concepts implemented by Xihn Jiaotong University: giving priority to students and emphasizing knowledge imparting, ability cultivation, quality improvement and coordinated development. The university makes developing students' clinical practice competence and innovative ability as the core; has basic clinical skills, specialized clinical skills, comprehensive clinical skills and innovative clinical skills as the main training contents; and constructs an integrated clinical skills experiment teaching system with the order of simulation training-virtual training-actual clinical training and a diversified assessment system so as to upgrade the experiment teaching of international medical students' clinical skills. Finally, in view of the actuality of international students'practice teaching and in line with the trend of medical education reform at home and abroad, this paper proposes measures for reforming practice teaching for international medical students in China.
