摘  要:衡钢通过优化电炉铁水热装工艺,并实施电炉转炉化供氧技术,电炉冶炼电耗显著降低。采用炉盖四孔直排和屋顶罩相结合的除尘工艺,解决了电炉热装铁水比例高、除尘负荷大的问题,实现节能减排和清洁生产。Power consumption during steehnaking in electric arc furnace was remarkably decreased through optimizing the percentage of the charge with hot metal charging, and implemented electric arc furnace supplying oxygen as converter technology in Hengyang Plant. The dust removal technology of the four holes straight row furnace cover and roof combination of cover were applied. The problems on high ratio of the furnace hot metal charging, the large dust loading were solved, and make energy saving , emission reduction and clean production realized.
