摘 要:为解决火工品高可靠性指标难以验证的问题,提出了一种加严条件下的可靠性试验验证方法.该方法通过火工品在加严条件下试验,降低其发火可靠性,根据加严条件下少量样本的试验结果推断正常条件下的可靠性,能有效地降低样本量.试验验证结果表明,采用该方法可用300发产品实现对0.999可靠度要求的火工品可靠性评估,评估结果与大样本方法一致,且所需样本量约为大样本方法的1/10.Aiming to the problem of high reliability index verification, a new method for verifying high reliability of initiating devices based on rigorous test is proposed. The method suggests that a few products be tested under a rigorous condition to lower their fire reliability and the reliability in the normal condition could be deduced according to those test results under rigorous condition. By this way, the number of samples could be reduced effectively. An example shows that, by using the proposed method, high reliability of initiating devices could be verified (such as 0. 999) with only less than 300 samples and its reliability verification result is consistent with that by using large-sample verification. The number of needed samples in new method is about one-tenth of that in large-sample method.
