摘  要:基于2006~2011年的泥石流灾害案例、强降水观测资料、GIS技术及对应的雷达回波信息,研究了凉山地区基于强降雨型雷达回波信号的泥石流灾害的短时临近预报预警技术,根据群发、大型、中型、小型泥石流灾害级次的最强回波强度、回波高度、强降水回波持续时间信息,结合下垫面地质灾害隐患点信息,提出了凉山地区泥石流发生的短临预警指标;依托雷达回波对降水云团信号的显著性、连续性探测显示特征以及GIS技术,建立了凉山地区泥石流灾害短临预报预警系统,极大地增强了凉山地区防灾减灾应急处置能力,对凉山地区地质灾害防治工作具有重大意义。Basing on the geological disaster cases information of 2006 -2011, the heavy rainfall observation data and the corresponding radar echo information, the GIS technology and the corresponding radar echo information, the debris flow short - time forecast and early warning technology based on heavy rain type radar echo signal has been researched. Depending on the strongest echo intensity, echo height, strong precipitation echo duration of mass, large, medium and small scale of debris flows, combined with the bottom level of the potential points of geo - disasters information, the index of short - time forecast and early warning of Liangshan has been presented. Basing on the indicated characteristics of the significance and continuity of radar echo signal to the rainfall cloud and the GIS technology, the short - time early warning system of debris flows in Liangshan has been established, which greatly enhances disaster prevention and mitigation, emergency response capabilities, and this has great significance to the geological disasters prevention in Liangshan.
