摘  要:为提高聚氨酯发泡材料的耐水性能,在原料中添加γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)。采用TG、SEM、FTIR分析等研究KH-550添加量对聚氨酯发泡材料耐水性能的影响。结果表明,加入KH-550的硬质聚氨酯泡沫的吸水率明显降低;KH-550可降低聚氨酯发泡材料泡核成形时的表面张力并促进发泡,当其添加量为5%时,泡孔形貌较好,材料表面疏水能力强;KH-550在泡沫内部参与化学反应,从键合角度提高了基体的抗水能力。To improve the water resistance of the polyurethane foam material, γ-amino propyl triethoxy silane (KH-550) was added into the material, and the water absorption of the material before and after addition of silane coupling agents was studied with TG, SEM and FT-IR. The main results obtained are as follows. The addition of KH-550 can significantly reduce the water absorption of the polyurethane foam material; KH-550 can reduce the surface tension and promote foaming of the material; when the content of KH-550 reaches 5%, the cellular structure of the foam material is better, and the water absorption of the foam material is the lowest. KH-550 plays a certain role in the chemi- cal reaction taking place in the foam and raise the water resistance of the material by bonding.
