摘　　要：本文通过对重钢焦化贮煤仓配料控制系统的工艺分析，采用基于PROFIBUS—DP现场总线通讯，并运用模糊PID控制实现贮煤仓配料自动控制，对提高配料系统配比准确率、配合煤质量具有重要的意义，提高了生产效率，降低了管理成本，为企业带来了较大的经济效益。This paper analyzed the batching control system of storage bunker of coking plant CISC, field-bus based on PROFIBUS-DP system were adopted and fuzzy PID control were applied to realize automatic control of batching in the storage bunker. The measures above are significant for the batching accuracy and the quality of the blended coal, enhance the production efficiency, reduce administration costs, as well as bring great benefit for the enterprise.
