摘 要:目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患者肺功能、红细胞免疫、基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子的影响。方法选取本院进行治疗的92例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各46例,对照组进行常规的超声雾化吸入治疗,观察组则进行氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后3 d、5 d的肺功能指标、红细胞免疫指标、基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子水平进行检测及比较。结果治疗后3 d及5 d观察组的肺功能指标、红细胞免疫指标、基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子水平改善幅度均大于对照组,且观察组治疗后5 d的上述项目均优于治疗后3 d,P均<0.05。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患者肺功能、红细胞免疫、基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子的影响优于超声雾化吸入。Objective To study the influence of oxygen nebulization inhalation on the pulmonary function,erythrocyte immune,matrix metalloproteinase and its tissue inhibitor of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 92 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly and evenly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation,and the observation group was treated with oxygen atomizing inhalation.Then the indexes of pulmonary function,erythrocyte immune,matrix metalloproteinase and its tissue inhibitor were detected and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment at third and fifth days.Results The improvement of pulmonary functions,erythrocyte immune,matrix metalloproteinase and its tissue inhibitor was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment,and the improvement was better at the fifth day than the third day(P0.05).Conclusion The influence of oxygen nebulization inhalation on pulmonary function,erythrocyte immune,matrix metalloproteinase and its tissue inhibitor of patients with bronchial asthma is better than those with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.
