摘　　要：随着我国经济、政治、文化、社会的全面发展,公共图书馆事业也进入了一个快速发展的全新时代———普遍均等服务时代,全方位、人性化成为当今图书馆服务体系的本质特征。全国图书馆联合编目中心加强国家总书库建设,建立健全覆盖全国图书馆的书目数据服务体系,使图书馆的服务广度与深度得到了延伸。With the development of economy, politics, culture and society in China, it is a growing tendency that the development of public library service system has rapidly entered a new era. Comprehensive equality, humaniza- tion has become the essential features of the modern public library service system. The National Online Library Cat- aloguing Center strengthens the construction of national book storage, establishes nationwide system of library bib- liographic data service in order to provide a better service finally.
