摘 要:充气欠平衡钻井过程中,当钻杆内钻井流体的气液比超过一定范围时,常规钻井液脉冲MWD仪器信号衰减过速,无法准确传输数据,因此欠平衡井段的井眼轨迹控制问题成为制约该技术发展和大规模实施的瓶颈。通过对国内外各种MWD仪器调研,最终优选SlimpulseMWD仪器实施充气欠平衡状态下的井眼轨迹监控。对充气欠平衡钻井过程中影响MWD仪器脉冲信号的原因进行了分析,提出高温深层潜山地层充气钻进情况下MWD仪器的优选原则,并对Schumlburger公司的Slimpulse仪器原理进行简单介绍,提出该仪器能够满足正常的定向、测斜要求。通过在南堡1-83、南堡1-88、南堡1-88侧等井中的成功应用,实现深层高温潜山井充气欠平衡钻井的井眼轨迹控制。该仪器的成功应用解决了充气欠平衡钻进中井眼轨迹控制的技术瓶颈,为深层潜山充气欠平衡水平井钻井施工提供了新的技术途径。During aerated unbalance drilling process, if the liquid-gas ratio is beyond some value in drill pipes, conventional slurry pulse MWD signal intense decreases fast, leading to inaccuracy data transmitting. So the issue ofwellbore trajectory control in underbal- anced drilling section limits the development of MWD and its application. Through the survey on various MWD instruments in China and abroad, Slimpulse MWD instrument is selected to conduct the function. The article analyzed the reason affecting the MWD pulse signal in aerated unbalance drilling process, proposed the principle of optimizing MWD instrument in aerated drilling high-temperature deep buried-hill formations, and briefly introduced the principle of siimpulse instrument fi'om Schlumburger. It also made a point that the instrument could meet the normal orientation inclinometer requirements. Through the successful applications on the Well NP1-83, NP1-88, sidetracked NP1-88 and so on, it achieved trajectory control in high-temperature buried-hill aerated underbalanced drilling.
