摘　　要：通过对双侧合页护套的分析,从精密注射模的设计要求出发,介绍了外形不规则复杂塑件分型面的框架选择和精定位的优化设计,阐述了保证精密塑件的功能、顶出顺畅和固定可靠的功能塑钩的设计技巧,说明了模具排气和均衡顶出系统的设计要点。模具投入生产后,塑件质量稳定,符合客户要求。The selection of parting surface frame in an injection mould for a bilateral hinge sleeve with irregular shape and the optimization of accurate positioning were presented based on the part analysis and mould design requirement. A plastic hook was designed to ensure the part＇s precision, smoothness of demoulding and reliable fixing of mould cores. The design points for air exhaust and balanced ejection system were also presented.
