摘 要:研究了芦苇浸出液对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aetuginosa)生长的抑制作用。结果表明,不同部位的芦苇浸出液对铜绿微囊藻的生长抑制有差异,抑制效果为:根浸出液>穗浸出液>秆浸出液。新鲜烘干的芦苇秆和干燥的芦苇秆抑藻效果相当,粉末状芦苇秆抑藻效果不明显;未过滤的芦苇秆浸出液与灭菌、过滤的浸出液对铜绿微囊藻的生长的抑制作用差距不大;每升水浸泡40 g芦苇秆,15 d时浸出液的抑藻效果最好,培养10 d后的抑制率达67.8%;同时藻细胞的生物量和叶绿素a含量显著降低,SOD酶活性呈先升高后下降趋势,藻细胞出现聚集现象。The inhibitory effects of the reed leaching lixivium on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa were studied. The re- suits showed that the growth inhibitions of leaching lixivium from different parts of reed on M. aeruginosa were different. The inhibition effects appeared that : root leaching solution 〉 spike leaching solution 〉 stem leaching solution Freshly dried Reed stalk had similar inhibitory effect with common dry reed stalk. The inhibitory effect of reed powder was not obvious the inhibition of unfiltered reed lixivium on M. aeruginosa had not much difference from that of disinfection and filtered reed lixivium. The best inhibition occurred when soaked 40 g reeds in 1L water for 15 days, and on the 10th day, the inhibition rate reached 67. 8%. Meanwhile, the biomass of algal cell and chlorophyll -a decreased obviously. SOD enzyme activity increased at first and then declined and Algal cells gathered together.
