胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胰岛素强化治疗对2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选择2010年6月至2011年6月来我院就诊的2型糖尿病(DM)合并勃起功能障碍(ED)的108例患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组给予胰岛素强化治疗,对照组给予口服降血糖药治疗,比较两组治疗后勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。结果治疗组:显效29例,有效24例,无效3例,总有效率为94.64%;对照组:显效14例,有效30例,无效8例,总有效率为84.62%。两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.035,P=0.018)。两组治疗后HbAlc、FBG、血清睾酮及IIEF-5评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。治疗组治疗后HbAlc、FBG及IIEF-5评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论胰岛素强化治疗对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of intensive insulin therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetic erectile dysfunction. Methods One hundred and eight patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM） complicated with erectile dysfunction （ED） in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were selected as research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group applied intensive insulin therapy and the control group was given oral medication. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment. Results In the treatment group, the therapy was markedly effective in 29 patients, effective in 24 pa- tients, and not effective in 3 patients, with the total effective rate of 94.64%. In the eontrol group, the therapy was markedly effective in 14 patients, effective in in 30 patients, and not effective in 8 patients, with the total effective rate of 84.62%. The clinical efficacy showed statistically significant difference between the two groups （~8.035, P= 0.018）. The HbA~, FBG, serum testosterone and IIEF-5 scores in the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. The I-IbA1c, FBG and IIEF-5 scores were significantly different between the two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive insulin therapy of diabetic erectile dysfunction has good clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical use.
