摘  要:目的:探讨超声声强(EI)定量分析技术在诊断慢性肾功能不全中的临床应用价值,分析肾实质EI值与血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)的相关性。方法:选取临床诊断慢性肾功能不全的54例患者作为研究对象,36名健康者作为对照组。所有患者均行BUN、SCr检测,应用Philips iU22超声仪对肾实质进行动态图像采集,并用QLAB图像分析软件计算感兴趣区域(ROI)内EI值。结果:慢性肾功能不全组左、右肾EI值均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。EI值与SCr水平、BUN水平均显著正相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:EI定量分析技术有助于慢性肾功能不全的诊断。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of echo intensity (EI)in quantitative diagnosis of chronic kidney dysfunction (CKD)and analyze the correlation between EI data and blood serum urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(SCr).Methods:A total of 54 cases with CKD were included in the research,each patient had been tested BUN and SCr.The dynamic images of renal cortex were collected suceessively,EI data of rigion of interest(ROI)were processed by Philips iU22 system's QLAB software.The quantitative indices of patients were compared with 36 health volunteers.Results:Compared with the normal kidney,EI data of patients with CKD was significantly higher (P〈0.01).And there were significant correlation between EI data and SCr (P〈0.01),EI and BUN(P〈0.05).Conclusion:EI data is helpful for quantitative diagnosis of CKD.
