应用型本科院校学生干部精英化培养模式的构建

摘　　要：按照马丁.特罗的划分标准,我国的高等教育目前已经由精英教育阶段进入大众化教育阶段。这一转变不是后者对前者的替代,而是两者的相互融合。在大众化教育格局下,仍然要坚持精英教育。以应用型本科院校为研究切入点,论证对学生干部这一特殊群体进行精英化培养的必要性,并深度剖析目前学生干部精英化培养存在的问题及原因,尝试提出应用型本科院校学生干部精英化培养模式的构建策略。In accordance with the classification standard set by Martin Trow, we are now in an era of popular edu- cation, developing from elite education. This transition, however, doesn＇t necessarily mean that the latter replaces the former; instead, the two education modes are integrated into one. While holding population education as the main form, we should still carry out elite education. This paper, starting from the research at application-oriented institutions, expounds upon the necessity of elite training in such special group as student cadre, followed by in- depth analysis on current problems baffling this subject and relevant reasons. It also tentatively proposes to con- struct the training modes for student cadre elite talents in application-oriented institutions.
