香港地区老年单纯收缩期高血压阴虚阳亢证影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨香港地区老年单纯收缩期高血压(EISH)阴虚阳亢证的影响因素。方法收集302例香港地区EISH患者的相关资料,对纳入者进行辨证分型,分析其中91例阴虚阳亢证患者的影响因素,采用Logistic回归法分析EISH阴虚阳亢证发生与年龄、性别、体型、血压分级、病程、合并心血管疾病、合并代谢性疾病、家族史、高盐饮食、过量饮酒及服药等因素的相关性。结果在各影响因素中,体型、过量饮酒与服药对EISH阴虚阳亢证形成的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),肥胖者不偏向于阴虚阳亢,从不过量饮酒者亦不偏向于阴虚阳亢,规律服药对方程有正向作用。结论体型、过量饮酒与服药可能是香港地区EISH阴虚阳亢证形成的影响因素。Objective To investigate the influential factors of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension（EISH） with syndrome of yang hyperactivity and yin deficiency（YHYD syndrome） in Hong Kong.Methods The data of 302 EISH patients in Hong Kong were collected and syndrome differentiated,and the influential factors of 91 patients with YHYD syndrome were analyzed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relation between the occurrence of EISH with YHYD syndrome and age,gender,body type,blood pressure grades,course of disease,complicated cardiovascular disease,complicated metabolic disease,family history,high-salt diet,excessive alcohol consumption,medicine-taking and other factors.Results In those influential factors,body type,excessive alcohol consumption and medicine-taking was statistically significant（P 0.05） on the formation of EISH with YHYD syndrome,obesity was not biased in YHYD syndrome,never excessive drinker not biased in YHYD syndrome,regular medication had a positive effect in the equation.Conclusion Body type,excessive alcohol consumption and medicine-taking may be the influential factors to promote the formation of EISH with YHYD syndrome in Hong Kong.
