正交试验法优化养血愈风颗粒中白芍的提取工艺

摘　　要：目的优化筛选养血愈风颗粒中白芍的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以白芍中芍药苷的含量作为评价指标,优选白芍的提取工艺。结果白芍的最佳提取工艺为:采用8倍量70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论该提取工艺简便易行、稳定可靠,可为养血愈风颗粒的实际生产提供依据。Objective To optimize extraction process of Paeoniae in Yangxueyufeng Granule.Methods The extracting condition was optimized by orthogonal tests with the content of Paeoniflorin as index.Results The optimal extracting condition was extracted 3 times with 8 fold 70% alcohol,2 h for each time.Conclusion The optimized process condition was simple,stable and feasible.It provide the basis for the production of Yangxueyufeng Granule.
