类风湿关节炎患者半乳糖凝集素-3水平及其影响因素的探讨

摘　　要：【目的】探讨类风湿关节炎（rheumatoidarthritis，RA）患者血清半乳糖凝集素～3（galectin-3）水平及其在RA疾病活动性、肺间质纤维化中的作用与相关影响因素。【方法】应用酶联免疫吸附法（E1．ISA）检测50例RA患者及30例正常健康对照者血清galectim3水平，并分析其与临床相关症状及实验室有关指标的关系。【结果】RA患者血清galectin-3水平较正常对照明显升高（P〈0．05），而且与红细胞沉降率（ESR）、IgA、DA$28呈正相关关系（r=0．288，r=0．314，r=0．499，P〈0．05，P〈0．05，P〈0．05）。RA患者低疾病活动组、中疾病活动组及高疾病活动组间血清galectin-3水平比较也存在统计学差异（P〈0．05），此外，RA合并肺间质纤维化组患者血清galectin-3水平较非肺间质纤维化组显著升高（Pd0．05）。【结论】galectin-3参与了RA的发生发展，其水平的高低反映疾病的活动度，且与RA肺间质纤维化密切相关。[Objective] To explore the serum level of galectin-3 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and its role in the disease activity and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis of RA and the related influential factor. [Methods] Serum level of galectin-3 in 50 RA patients and 30 normal healthy controls were determined by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. The relationship of galectin-3 level with clinical symptoms and la- boratory indicators was analyzed. [Results] Compared with normal control group, serum level of galectin-3 in RA patients obviously increased（ P d0.05）. There was positive correlation between serum galectin-3 level and ESR, IgAand DAS28（r=0.288, r=0.314, r=0.499, Pal0.05, Pd0.05,P%0.05）. There were signifi- cant differences in serum galectin-3 level in RA patients among low disease activity group, moderate disease ac- tivity group and high disease activity group（ P d0.05）. Moreover, serum galectin-3 level in RA patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was significantly higher than that in RA patients without interstitial pulmonary fibrosis（ P %0.05）. [Conclusion] Galectin-3 involves in the development and progression of RA. Galectin-3 level reflects the disease activity, and is correlated with RA interstitial pulmonary fibrosis.
