地尔硫卓治疗老年重症高血压的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察地尔硫卓治疗老年重症高血压的临床疗效。方法对2010年1月～2011年1月收治的78例老年重症高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为:对照组38例给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组40例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用地尔硫卓治疗。两组均以21d为一个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组总有效率为86.8%(33/38),两组总有效率在统计学上具有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率为观察组7.5%(3/40),对照组7.9%(3/38),但未出现严重不良反应。结论地尔硫卓治疗老年重症高血压疗效确切,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Diltiazem Infusion in Patients with grave hypertension. Methods We analyzed 78 eases who had grave hypertension in our department from January 2010 to January 2012,78 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups of 38 cases in experimental group who had given atorvastatin calcium, and 40 cases in the control group who had given atorvastatin calcium and Diltiazem. Contrast the total effective, and complication.Results The total effective rates were 92.5%（37/40） ,86.8%（33/38） （P〈0.05）. （3） The complication incident rates were 7.5% （3/40） and 7.9% （3/38） of significant differences in groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is significant effective that Diltiazem to grave hypertenSion. It is safe and should widely be used in patients with these diseases.
