糖耐量异常男性老年患者睾酮水平相关性研究

摘　　要：【目的】检测老年人中睾酮和性激素结合蛋白水平，探讨其与糖耐量的关系。【方法】检测清晨血清总睾酮，性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）水平并分析与糖耐量相关性。【结果】老年人糖耐量异常患者中睾酮，SHBG水平与血糖水平呈负相关，与舒张压，收缩压无相关性。【结论】老年人中，糖耐量异常患者睾酮水平低于正常，未来的研究需要评价是否可以通过提高睾酮水平来增加胰岛素敏感性，预防2型糖尿病。[ObjectivelTo detect the level of testosterone and sex hormone binding globulin in old patients and explore their correlation with glucose tolerance. [MethodslThe age, systolic blood pressure（SBP）, dias- tolic blood pressure（DBP）, body mass index （BMI） and waist hip rate（WHR） were recorded. Serum testos- terone（T） and sex hormone binding globulin（SHBG） in the morning were measured. [ResultslThe levels of T and SHBG in old patients with impaired glucose tolerance showed inverse correlation with blood glucose in old patients with impaired glucose tolerance, but no correlation with DBP and SBP. [ConclusionlSerum T level in old patients with impaired glucose tolerance is lower than the normal level. Future research will evaluate whether the elevation of serum T level increases insulin sensitivity in order to prevent type 2 diabetes mellitus.
