摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查急诊外伤所致腹水患者的临床价值。方法对在急诊紧急救治中经超声检查显示的38例腹水伤员追踪观察,分析原因、病程进展和预后的关系。结果急诊紧急救治的外伤性腹水按声像图表现可分为内脏与血管破裂型腹水23例,未确定脏器破裂性腹水15例。结论超声对急诊外伤性腹水的发现快速准确,对脏器损伤观察直观明确,可以快速地为临床提示脏器损害的紧急程度,从而赢取选择性快速救治生命的时间。Objective To explore the cause of traumatic hemorrhagicascites, prognosis and development. Methods After the emergency ultrasound examination showed the 38 cases traumatic hemorrhagicascites with follow-up observation, analysis the caused, disease progression and prognosis. Results Emergency ultrasonic diagnosis of traumatic hemorrhagicascites was dividatured internal organs angiorrhexis and uncertain internal organs angiorrhexis. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of traumatic ascites was rapid and accurate and was clearly and prompted for clinical urgency of organ damage and thereby to win the rapid treatment of selective survival time.
