摘　　要：目的探讨阴道彩色超声检查在盆腔静脉曲张症中的诊断价值。方法对228例盆腔静脉曲张症患者采用阴道彩色超声进行检查,记录其病变部位,范围及血流特征。结果阴道彩色超声对盆腔静脉曲张症患者均能作出定性、定位及病变程度的判断,并能与其它疾病所致的慢性盆腔疼痛作出鉴别诊断。结论阴道彩色超声诊断盆腔静脉曲张症具有简便、安全、有效、无创伤和可重复的优点,可作为首选的检查方法。Objective To explore the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination in diagnosis of pelvic varicose veins. Methods Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in 228 cases of pelvic varicocele patients were examined, recorded the lesion site, range and flow characteristic. Results Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in patients with pelvis varicose veins could make qualitative, positioning and disease diagnosis, and other diseases caused by chronic pelvic pain make a clear differential diagnosis. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic varicose veins is simple, safe, effective, noninvasive and repeatable features, should be the preferred inspection method.
