叠珠征在子宫输卵管碘油造影中对不孕症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的提高对子宫输卵管碘油造影新征象的认识,探讨叠珠征的特异表现及其对不孕症的诊断价值。方法回顾8932例子宫输卵管碘油造影中出现叠珠征的558例患者,与超声、腹腔镜、手术、病理结果进行对照分析。结果出现叠珠征的558例患者经超声、腹腔镜、手术证实均有不同程度的粘连狭窄。结论叠珠征X线征象易辨,对输卵管及腹腔粘连、狭窄、积水导致不孕具有较高诊断价值。Objective To understand the diagnostic value of laminated tube bead syndrome in infertility with hysterosalpingography. Methods A retrospective analysis was made about 558 cases of overlapping bead sign in 8932 patients that underwent hysterosalpingography. The data were analyzed and compared with the results of ultrasonic, laparoscopy, operation, and pathology. Results All the 558 cases have varying degrees of adhesions and stenosis that confirmed by ultrasonic, laparoscopy or operation. Conclusion Laminated bead sign is legible, has high value in the diagnosis of infertility result from fallopian tube and abdominal adhesions, stenosis, hydrops.
