摘  要:[目的]为了研究有机磷农药对枯草芽胞杆菌生长及生理的作用,分析了从花坛周边土壤中分离出的枯草芽胞杆菌在典型的有机磷农药——敌敌畏的作用下生长及形态特征的变化。[方法]试验设定了添加不同农药浓度的培养基,在600nm处测其吸光值,从而绘制生长曲线。[结果]试验结果表明,20和50mg/L浓度的有机磷农药对枯草芽胞杆菌的生长均有促进作用,而且20mg/L的促进作用要更加明显,这就为下一步研究枯草芽胞杆菌对有机磷农药的降解及其作用过程推测提供了依据。[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of organophosphorus pesticide on the growth and physiological function of Bacillus subtilis and analyze the growth and morphological characteristics changes of B. subtilis isolated from the soil around parterre under the action of typical organophosphorus pesticide DDVP. [Method]Several media with different concentrations of pesticide were set to determine its absorption value at the wavelength of 600 nm. And the growth curve was drawn. [Result] The results showed that 20 and 50 mg/L organophosphorus pesticide promoted the growth of B. subtilis and the promotion of 20 mg/L organophosphorus pesticide was more obvious. These could provide basis for further study on the degradation of organophosphorus pesticide by B. subtilis and the prediction of its action process.
