摘　　要：应用KDN-2C半自动定氮仪和传统凯式蒸馏装置(仲裁法)测定饲料中粗蛋白质含量,并进行比较分析。结果表明,2种仪器测定粗蛋白的含量差异没有达到显著水平(P>0.05),但仲裁法测定值比半自动定氮仪略高。The content of crude protein in the feed was determined by using KDN-2C semiautomatic azotometer and traditional distillation unit （arbitration method）and compared. The results showed that the content of crude protein determined by two kinds of instruments had no significant difference （P 0.05）, but the determined value by arbitration method was slightly higher than that by automatic azotometer.
